Critical: Quality, ValueVery disappointing haircut. The website advertised a 1-1.5 hour Devacut where each curt is cut individually. I finally splurged and spent the $75 and the whole experience lasted 15 minutes and was each curl was definitely not cut like they advertised. I asked for shape and layers and it ended up just shorter and very blunt (I hate it), and not at all like the pictures I showed them. Part of the experience they advertise is a wash and style and show you products and tips for your unique hair type. Because of Covid they couldn’t do this part, which I understood, but I was shocked to still be charged the full $75 for 15 minutes. Would never go anywhere else now that I have found The Loft. The entire staff is so friendly and professional. Nikki cuts my curly hair so perfect and Kasey is always so patient while cutting my 5 year old daughters hair. We will be clients for life!

There are very helpful in getting a person in at relatively short notice. They also have one or more stylist that cut hair according to the Deva method. With my wild and curly gray hair, I need knowledge of curly hair.
