I am in LOVE with my nails. The gentleman was very respectful. I was the last costumer of the day he took his time and made sure they were perfect (I was there well after closing and I arrived an hour early as a walk in). He didn’t pressure me to buy anything other then what I asked and spoke English the entire time. (For me that’s a big deal) he concentrated and even hurt himself to keep me from getting hurt with his machine. I was looking for a natural ombre nail look he (for a lack of a better word) NAILED IT! He then massaged oil into my cuticles and let them set in the oil for a bit then reapplied before I left because he knew my cuticles looked horrible due the chemicals I use to clean with. I will be returning.

I went and got my nails done Oct 24th i got the Gel, on Nov 2nd one of my nails came off i got in touch with them and they did fix my nail for free cause it was on them. On Nov 5th i had 2 more nails fall off and i send them a message through messenger and they just saw my message and didn’t even hesitate to say anything they they saw my message and didn’t reply anything to me. On my second with of getting my nails done! On Nov 8th i had another nail come off and sent them another message and they just saw my message again and didn’t even reply once again so that’s why I’m giving them a bad review because i spend money on something that wasn’t worth it and my time going there twice, I’m very disappointed. Btw am doing one star because it won’t let me post my review without a star.

My sister paid $65 for just regular nails that we get up in the city for 50 and the guy that did them was kind of rude and he did a terrible job that’s all I have to say we’re going back to Independence to top 10 nails

My last manicure was at another salon in town & my nails were filed down to paper thin which caused them to tear, not break off. Due to this I required several tips & I still paid less than I have at the other two salons for a gel manicure.

I got a pedicure on a Wednesday afternoon around 3pm. The gentleman nail tech nearest the door greeted me abruptly without eye contact. My first impression of this place, which looked lovely, was the negstive male nail tech who appeared to be bored and impatient. He acted as if it was an imposition to give a pedi. I have had great pedicures in many locations and this would have been a great pedicure if he had been friendlier and gentler. I am disappointed because two of my sisters love this place. If you decide to come to this shop, and you draw the guy with the sour attitude, reschedule with someone else!
