Went in for the very first time. The entire salon is beautiful and the employees were so nice! I worked with Erin and I was a first time balayage client. She recommended what will look best from warmer or cooler tones for my hair and how light I wanted for my money pieces and tips.. Hair care is important and I had asked what brands are good. She suggested some hair care products that are great for hair care especially with color treated hair that I am excited to purchase. She was super nice and quick with the entire process. I am very happy with my outcome and definitely going back for other services. 🙂

I was called 10 minutes before my appointment time saying they needed to push my appointment 45 minutes because the stylist has been running late all day. The girl on the phone was extremely rude when I asked for more details. She kept going back and forth that I could come it but then I needed to wait. I was told for sure she would be ready at the new time. I walk in and she is still working on her previous client. When I went to check out, I was told it would be over $30 more than what I was quoted on the phone when I made the appointment. I was told $165 would be my max even after products added. The receptionist basically said I lied about that and that this was the price. Needless to say, I will not be back. Super disappointed in the customer service here.

I was disappointed in the time spent and the overall quality of my haircut. My layers were extremely uneven. I have thin hair that in my 30+ years has never been thinned, but was thinned without me asking or confirming I’d like that done. Additionally, the lady doing my hair spent the whopping 20 minutes she spent on me complaining about her life. Overall, a bad experience and I haven’t come back. I would not recommend others do, either.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I had an appt scheduled for BOTH of my little girls, who were so excited to get their bangs cut- I had the appt scheduled for weeks- I was literally loading my kids in my car to go to our appt and they canceled my appt TWENTY mins before we were supposed there because the other client was taking longer than expected…so my girls were heart broken because they had been so excited for their hair cuts and I have never heard of someone canceling so close to my appt- I am so disappointed in how the lack of customer service- not even an apology or any effort to make things right!!
