Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m posting this response to Lizabeth who posted the two photos of the haircut she says I did. The photo below is how Elizabeth left the salon. I have been doing hair for 45 years and there is no way that she left my salon with her hair chopped up like that. Before I blew her hair dry it was straight and I always check my haircuts. Elizabeth told me that the previous stylist she went to she did not like the layers and she wanted them up higher so she did not like her previous hairstylist either, she Colors her own hair as well her hair is extremely damaged. The person also posting below I have never done before. Elizabeth went home and re-cut her own hair when she left she said how beautiful it was I showed her the back and it’s my understanding she probably wanted the layers even higher and went home and cut her own hair, then claiming that’s what her hair look like and she wanted her money back. I had offered to have her come in and let me take a look at it of course naturally, but she refused three times to come in and show me because she knows that I would know in one minute I did not do that to her haircut. I’m posting this response to Lizabeth who posted the two photos of the haircut she says I did. The photo below is how Elizabeth left the salon. Tells how much you pay attention to your clients. The fact that my sister still asked you to cut a long piece YOU left and you want to come after her saying she screwed up her own hair is childish and not professional. The fact that my sister still asked you to cut a long piece YOU left and you want to come after her saying she screwed up her own hair is childish and not professional.
