Guy is a joke, mistakes happen I missed an appointment and called him back within 15 mins, no answer and when I showed up to apologize in person and explain what happened he just took my my money and told me too bad, he could care less. No late fee option no warning in the email saying if you miss it he will take your money anyway and not let you reschedule.
