The owner of this business, Halina really needs to improve her customer skills. I came with a Groupon and fell through the procedure that she didn’t want me there at all. She never smiled and talked to me through the teeth. She started my facial 15 min late without apologizing and instead of 60 min did only 50. Facial was ok, nothing special. Office was clean.Will not be coming back, she didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted a follow up appointment anyway.
