Angela and Ed are fantastic. My son always looks fabulous when he leaves. The directions for aftercare were thorough and easy to follow. They are very accommodating with our schedule. The facility is always clean and the place is tastefully decorated. The waiting area offers a beverage and snacks for the consistently brief wait before their friendly, confidential service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They lie about the contract and the services given. When you arrive they make you wait forever to get seen even with a appointment. They keep you sitting in a room for long periods of time for no reason. When your contract comes to an end they just keep haggling about money And to renew it instead of asking how the experience was which was annoying and unprofessional. I had to come back numerous times within a week two weeks to get it redone because of how poorly they do it. $5000 for something that barley works?? You can’t even sweat without it coming off little by little. Every time i was not happy with how it was applied or looked they just told me it was how it came and it’s not the perfect solution and to pay more money if i want something more premium. I will never come back here and have found elsewhere that is cheaper feels more natural and makes you feel confident. There are so many things i haven’t been able to do in life because of their system like jump into some water play sports or even scratch my head without it looking like a wig. The hair is poor quality and gets rough and tangled all the time. Just horrible

I was a bit leery about this whole experience in general. My father was recently divorced and back on the market. The first thing he wanted was to fix his hair. He asked me if I had ever heard about hairclub. Of course I had seen the cheesy 2 am ads on tv so I was hoping that the product wasn’t as outdated as the marketing efforts. For Christmas I had scheduled a consultation for him and everything went great! He was happy with the service and the results as well. He is in the middle of his program and his hair looks great! I’m glad he’s back on the market looking good. The staff at the Boston location are great! Thanks for helping out guys.
