Amazing communication skills from Dr. Nate as well as the other doctors. They gave me their number to personally ask them any questions post-op and even have an after hours phone line to ask questions. During the operation the doctors and nurses were very friendly yet focused. The overall job on the transplant was beyond expectations and I am beyond grateful for the professionalism, expert and customer service of this establishment.

Everyone in this facility is very passionate about the work they do! They all went above and beyond my expectations- Nate stayed in contact with me for about 2 years until I was ready to actually schedule the procedure. He made sure I had flexible payment options, and dates that fit my schedule. He was very knowledgeable about all of the procedures and made sure I was thoroughly informed before making a final decision. Nicole, Tatyana, and Ray all made sure I was comfortable before, during and after the procedure. When I experienced discomfort they did everything they could to help me feel better. I can really tell by their positive attitudes, and great personalities that they have a true passion for the work they do. Everyone at this facility is warm, welcoming, relatable, hard working, and truly dedicated to supreme craftsmanship. I highly recommend anyone considering using this clinic to make the investment! I used them for a FUE transplant. I’d say in general it was negative. Polite techs and staff but the quality was really mediocre at best. They fly in techs. It’s a chop shop deal. No follow up. FUE machine is dated to the holes are bigger than the latest offered. They do nothing as far as best practice in the industry. I do not recommend them. My results I’d give a 4/10.

I honestly can’t say enough about this place. I’m on day 3 recovering from a 2200 graft with Dr. Petrus and team and recovery has been a breeze. Pain is 2/10 if that. I really psyched myself out of this whole thing days prior going down a rabbit hole on YouTube. From the moment I got there they calmed me down and walked me through the whole process, and asked about my comfort the entire time. After the procedure they’ve provided around the clock care making sure I’m OK and answering any questions I have. I can’t wait to go back on 6 months and finish my crown. I opted for an initial 2200 graft procedure while also doing PRP and laser. Really looking forward to the results so I don’t need as many grafts on the crown but we will see! I’m very happy with the decision I made and would recommend any them to anyone!

I paid over $5500 when I first talked to Nate he explained that’s it’s guarantee that the PRP it will work for me it didn’t work for me that was a lie and when I talked to him again he told me he want me to buy another package for hair implant. That’s what I wanted when this didn’t work for me because they wasted my money and time and went through pain they are not willing to work with me don’t go this place if you don’t want your money to go in the trash then go they lie.

I had an eyebrow transplant done at Hair restoration institute of MN. Back in the 90s it was trendy to have thin eyebrows so eventually they were so slim I had to get microneedeling to fill them in…that did not last long and it faded terribly. I decided it was time to invest in an eyebrow hair transplant. To say that I was treated like a queen would be an understatement. The whole process was so easy and the staff was top notch. Nate takes you through the whole process and ensures that all the details are covered. Dr. P was so kind and had a great bedside manner. Maria and Yvonne were so sweet and kind…we chatted about all sorts of fun things during the procedure which made it go faster. I did my research on several hair transplant places in the Twin Cities and I know for certain I chose the best one. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any sort of hair transplant. Best staff and Dr. with unbeatable prices.
