This reviews 5 starts are solely for Victoria and Jenni. I originally had an appointment scheduled with Sarah for a balayage and that ended up being the day she quit so she didn’t do my hair. Whoever it was that did majorly messed it up. It was an orangish color and looked horrible. I went back in to have it fixed and whoever it was for that appointment completely fried my hair. I ended up talking to Jenni and Victoria and they spent about 9 months between the two of them trying to fix my hair. So many hair treatments to repair the damage. I ended up having to color all my hair, not just balayage like I wanted. By the time it was done, I had spent around $2000 to get it even looking decent. I have long and THICK hair so it cost a lot each time :-/ Victoria is the main one I use now and prefer her. If I need to get in and she’s not available, I will schedule with Jenni. If neither of them are available, I will not let anyone else touch my hair. If Victoria ever leaves, I will be following her.

My new place to go for my haircuts. Victoria took time to show me where my hair was at and the issues with it. She went over an action plan with me and explained everything in detail. Having long hair there is a bit of a mental thing to get through. But Victoria exceeded expectations. My hair looks full, even, and much healthier. You can tell she actually cares about your hair and the health/care of it. Plus it helps that she is super easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable.
