I got a balayage and styling from Laurén and she absolutely exceeded my expectations! I showed her some pictures of what I wanted and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted! I haven’t dyed my hair in years and she made it such a wonderful experience, I see myself becoming a repeat client. Her customer service skills were so great I felt so comfortable in her loft. She offered beverages and snacks, which was such a nice touch! Hair appointments can be long, so I loved the refreshments. I definitely trusted her with my hair and if you book with Laurén, you can be confident you’re going to leave the salon feeling amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. I got tons of compliments on my hair after leaving and she made me feel amazing! Run, do not walk, make sure you get an appointment with her. You won’t regret it!

I have been seeing Laurén for almost 2 years. I do not easily trust people with my hair, but Laurén immediately made me feel at ease. She knows what she’s doing and she’s extremely talented. Most importantly, she always listens to everything you want and has an incredible ability to take jumbled up ideas of “I like this, and that, and oh this other thing..” and turn it into a cohesive idea on your head. I have always been afraid to do a super short cut, but I needed a change and brought the idea to Laurén… I was terrified, but it turned out to be my favorite haircut ever because she made it work for me/my hair! She is a life-changer. On top of her talent, she is an all-around great and friendly person.
