I just got the WORST haircut ever!! I have been a regular customer at this Great Clips for several years and have always been satisfied, BUT yesterday – even tho I must say the young lady was friendly and courteous – she absolutely literally chopped my hair off. I am not one to usually complain but it is AWFUL .

Not great. I asked her to nip the ends. It’s now at least an inch shorter, all the while I was complaining of the last girl that cut it too short. She said it needed to be evened up. I understand that but I’m not a short hair fan and want my locks back! And the other stylist was not a smiling, pleasant sole at all. I dubbed her Scowly McMadson. This is the third time I’ve not been happy here. Three stylists. Will not go back.

I am very disappointed and angry. I wanted to get my hair trimmed and fresh so I could get the split ends cut off and feel good about my hair, when I left the salon I was very uncomfortable and upset. The hairdresser cut my hair at a diagonal bc she went behind me and bent down to trim my long hair, because of this my hair was screwed up. I will never be coming back and tell my friends and family to not go to this salon ever again.
