I Just would like to start off saying that I have been getting my hair cut here for years. NEVER HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I was sent away twice now in a row. Today, not one person in a chair besides the lazy staff sitting on there phones in the back. They told me that they all had appointments in 15 minutes. Lol what a joke. My hair cut takes 10 min tops. Customer service is lacking and the staff needs a lesson on ethics. Lazy. 1:30 on a Monday, empty store. Lost customer

In reality not for walk-in at this location. You can walk-in to make an appointment. I learned this on a quiet Thursday morning; no one was waiting. They suggest you call ahead or make an appointment online.

u guys completely messed up my brother’s hair. he asked for a little bit cut on his sides and u chopped it all off, then u cut too much in the back. didn’t cut enough in the front either and cut the top of his head. u gave him the wrong color and charged him 50 dollars more for a correction. he ended up hating the color and dyed it back to brown. u guys did a terrible job and he doesn’t wanna leave his house anymore. he’s so upset. u guys may be good at girl’s hair but ur definitely not cut out to do the job on men. this place isn’t worth it, don’t come here if ur a guy.
