I was searching for someone to cut my hair since moving here to Norwich 2 years ago! I researched and asked questions and found this salon Hair Artist and I found Karen the most amazing cutter I’ve ever had. She cut my hair the exact way I asked her to. Well Ashton answered and got me an appointment in fifteen minutes. She was my stylist and I loved her. She listened to what I asked for. She took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed. It was very clean and Covid compliant I will definitely be coming back and most certainly will schedule with Ashton. The absolute best. I had the absolute best experience here today. I needed a haircut so badly and called on a whim. Well Ashton answered and got me an appointment in fifteen minutes. She was my stylist and I loved her. She listened to what I asked for. She took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed. Critical: QualityMy eyebrows have never been so thin and messed up in my life. Never going back here again. I have very thick black eyebrows and I came out with pencil thin eyebrows that were literally different lengths. I’ve never had this happen before. Very upset. Not to mention she completely forgot to wax part of my eyebrows lol. Ridiculous.
