My daughter had her hair done for Jr prom and the salon was amazing. My daughters hair turned out exactly how she wanted it. The atmosphere was friendly and I enjoyed the conversations had while waiting. There is a waiting process due to high demand. Only because they are that good. You have to make sure you go early. I will definitely go to this salon again especially for her senior prom.

I have multicultural hair. It is hard to find a stylist in Farmington Valley. Did a quick Google search an I walked in today. The salon was clean and vibrant. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. My hair was in really bad shape.

I give them a 3 because their hospitality is good, hands down they are very nice, sweet funny women. But when it comes to hair ….. they can’t do all hair types. When you go to a Spanish hair salon , you have that Dominican blow dry expectation. Y’all know what I mean . But nope, I’ve been here 3 times cause you know maybe one day they were having a bad day or whatever. All 3 times I leave with more disappointment, the amount of times I get smacked in the head with that damn flat iron is crazy, FIRST OF ALL I NEVER NEEDED TO FLAT IRON MY HAIR until I came here and that’s an optional step, so because they don’t know how to do my type of hair which is curly Spanish hair they automatically charge me for flat iron when I never said it was okay to do it . Also, yes heat and I aren’t best friends BUT if it gets to a point that after every blow dry pass I’m twitching …. It’s not me it’s you. && she rushes like if I’m not paying for a service , like hello yes I’m paying.
