Hailey still loves being behind the chair with her special skills in color and cutting, and works full time at her salon while sharing her passion in teaching as a National Educator for Paul Mitchell. Working at events, sharing love for hair color and styles with other salons specializing in Blonding, Balayage, color correction as well as fashion colors. Hailey’s mission is to create a special look for each guest which works with their life style.

Used the salon for the first time and I am very happy. Grace actually took the time to look at my hair and pictures of what I wanted and made sure I got exactly the cut I wanted. She also made sure I was happy with the cut. I finally found a salon that doesn’t rush to cut my hair and that actually listens to me. Grace was also very sweet.

Hailey is absolutely the go-to for fashion colors and hair transformations! You can trust that she’s going to do exactly what you want every time and it’s going to look better than you thought it could. She has been the only person I’ve trusted with my hair for years and I highly recommend her to everyone. I have really curly hair and she understands how curls need to be cut to fall properly and I always walk away feeling like a brand new woman with happy, healthy curls. She even makes me custom color conditioner to help prevent my color from fading in the shower!
