Critical: Quality, ValueYesterday I went for a full highlight to fix my roots I have medium blonde hair and light blonde highlights. I went to JCP that last 2 times. I saw Dana in June and she did a good job. Then Devon in September and I was very sad that she left. This time I saw Breanna she was very friendly. I told her I wanted to keep what I already had and fix the roots. My hair is now an awful redish blonde shade which I said I did not want and she left product in my hair which I didn’t feel until I left the salon. they were closing as she was finishing my hair so there was not much to be done besides going home and washing it out. I called after I washed it out and left a message. I called again today and no one answered so I left another message. Anytime I call it just goes to voicemail and they are open. Yesterday I went for a full highlight to fix my roots I have medium blonde hair and light blonde highlights. I went to JCP that last 2 times. I saw Dana in June and she did a good job. Then Devon in September and I was very sad that she left. This time I saw Breanna she was very friendly. I told her I wanted to keep what I already had and fix the roots. Critical: QualityI went into the salon with light blonde hair. Asked for silver. She assured me it was going to look great with lighter and darker shades of silver. By the time I left the salon, my hair was blonde, a little bit of silver , and Blue. I’m a 52 year old woman, blue-come on!! It was so horrible I cried the whole way home. And after paying over $200 to this salon, I had to pay someone else to color it with a very dark color to hide the blue. I went into the salon with light blonde hair. Asked for silver. She assured me it was going to look great with lighter and darker shades of silver. By the time I left the salon, my hair was blonde, a little bit of silver , and Blue. I’m a 52 year old woman, blue-come on!! It was so horrible I cried the whole way home. Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get my hair dyed and a cut and I loved my stylist she did an amazing job. They are getting one star because their manager (Liz)is a THIEF. I left my Starbucks Coffee Mug. I went back to retrieve it and multiple stylists told me that the manager did have it. I have gone back over five times and this manager is nowhere to be found. The cup is suddenly missing. I went to get my hair dyed and a cut and I loved my stylist she did an amazing job. They are getting one star because their manager (Liz)is a THIEF. I left my Starbucks Coffee Mug. I went back to retrieve it and multiple stylists told me that the manager did have it. I have gone back over five times and this manager is nowhere to be found. The cup is suddenly missing. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI got a haircut and highlights from stylist Nicole and oh my gosh I came out feeling like a whole different person my confidence level went through the roof she did an amazing job and took her time on my highlights I have not been to anybody who can do highlights exactly the way I wanted mine! She exceeded my expectations!!!
