Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a medium zero fade with a number 6 on top, and the lady did a horrible job. It was the worst haircut I ever had! She seemed like she was in a huge rush, and had me in the chair for about 8 minutes total. She gave me a high fade on one side, and a medium fade on the other. When I tried pointing out the mistakes to have them fixed, she tried making excuses as to why it is actually correct even though I literally saw her go high with the zero on one side, and medium on the other. I could also see the huge difference in the mirror! After I returned home, I looked in the mirror again and became super angry. I returned to the store to have them try fixing it. This time the guy brought me back and sat me down. I explained to him that one side is a high fade, and the other medium. The medium needed to be adjusted to match the high side. He began focusing on the high side trying to fade it more while ignoring the medium side that needed correcting. When I told him again, he began making excuses. I became extremely frustrated and left. Do not go to this place for a haircut. I went in for a medium zero fade with a number 6 on top, and the lady did a horrible job. It was the worst haircut I ever had! She seemed like she was in a huge rush, and had me in the chair for about 8 minutes total. She gave me a high fade on one side, and a medium fade on the other.
