I was there on the 5th at 4:27 p.m. there were only two people working, the young lady was I believe “styling”someone’s hair so the other woman took me, I say styling because when she was done with the woman and she left apparently she didn’t tip and the young lady made a comment, “this is why I hate doing styles” and walked to the back room, you don’t do that in front of customers, someone needs to tell her that. I just wanted it trimmed, long layers, sitting on my shoulders, all I have to say is when I got home washed my hair, styled it,…. uneven and these are not long layers I don’t know what she did to my hair but oh my goodness, this is why I don’t like tipping people who cut my hair until I wash it and style it. After getting a horrible haircut at Hairmasters in La Verne, I decided to look for some place else. I found Great Clips and Jerry did a wonderful job. I am very happy with my haircut. He listened to what I wanted and I showed him a picture and he was able to do what I wanted. Will be going back. I definitely recommend this place.
