Checked in online & got to the shop in less that 5 mins only too be told they weren’t taking anybody else. Told her that we were checked in online then short lady with long dark hair got a huge attitude slamming her stuff around & said one of the two of us could go to the blonde gurl. At that point there was no way I was allowing neither of them to trim either of our hair…..I just knew that anger would be considered with each cut taken & wasn’t worth the screwed up haircut that was to follow! SAVE YOURSELF & JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Even snapped a pic of the beyond rude lady…..however the blonde wasn’t very friendly neither so much as that she kept her back to us entire time! Ugh

Took my mom there for a haircut the first thing i really liked was that you can go to their website and put in the time you are wanting to be there and it also tells you how long the wait is currently. That was super helpful. They run a special o. E in a while for like a 7 or 8 dollar and change haircut. Pretty good value i think. My mom always looks like she went to a expensive salon after she leaves great clips. And the stylists are great. And super fast i dropped her off and it wasn’t 20 minutes and she was done,so no free time for me that was the only down side for me. check them out if you want a great valued haircut

my husband went here for a hair cut was told it was an hour and a half wait to check in online and come back, we ran some errands went back exactly an hour and a half later to find out his name had gotten bumped off, one of the stylist said they would take him next and people in the lobby went crazy saying it wasn’t fair he was going to be next because they had been waiting. There needs to be a better check in system we were advised to check in and come back which we did but I guess they worked through people quicker bumping up our spot but there’s no way to know that unless you sit in the small lobby and wait. Bad system we will be going somewhere else.
