I went in for an acrylic full set- says $35 on the website which I was more than willing to pay. Got a mediocre full set (a bit crooked and faded polish on my cuticles) and I go to pay and it was SEVENTY FIVE dollars. For one of the worst sets of nails I’ve ever gotten. $75 for a full set is unheard of and they didn’t do anything special or extra whatsoever. Will not be going back.

Critical: QualityI am VERY disappointed with this salon. They are very clean etc but the quality was quite disappointing. My daughter and I both went for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. We be left there Saturday night at 7 p.m. and by Wednesday 6 of my nails and had just popped off and Thursday the other four went. This is a family owned salon so the environment is very friendly and warm. Tammy and the staffs greet everyone like their own family. It tends to have a lot of rush hours so it’s best to make an appointment ahead of time. Their service is the best! Nice manicure and pedicure every time I walk out.

I have been going to Pro Nails when I moved to Sudbury after I got married in 2009 and when I moved to Marlborough in 2014 I continue to see them as they truly are the best. Tammy the owner does an amazing job on my nails always, that people ask me where I get them done. Jenny has been giving me spa pedicures and is very nice and give a great massage too.

I would not recommend using Pro Nails for waxing. I just had a nightmare experience that no one should ever have to experience. To start, the person doing my eyebrow waxing smelled like cigarette smoke. Secondly, they literally waxed my skin off. When putting on aloe after my waxing, I was burning so much that I shot up to see what was going on since this is not something I experienced before in my 20 years of waxing my eyebrows. When I looked in the mirror my heart dropped as both of my eyelids were bleeding – lots of unstoppable bleeding. I immediately asked for the owner or manager who had to stop what she was doing to help me and try to fix the problem. While the manger was nice, that employee should never again be allowed to wax another person. Needless to say, I will not be returning and please be cautious of using their waxing services.
