Easily my top 5 worst haircut. She cut the left side of my hair at an angle from my temple to the crown of my head with #1 guarded clippers. 4 inches high at the crown down to about 2 inches at the temple. I have been to several locations in Kansas and have never had a bad cut until now. Haircut

I got a haircut yesterday from an employee that works there and i wasnt satisfied with the way she left my hair not only did she messed it up but she was been rough when cutting my hair. Not only was my experience bad but they also didnt greeted me in a friendly way. Once I got home and showered and got the chance to chek my hair better, she didn’t even cut it evenly. it’s a disappointment because I always get my haircuts at great clips in dodge city ks I was just out in garden city yesterday. Maria the one who cuts my hair in dodge city does a good job all the time and they are all very friendly. It’s disappointing how bad it is, well for my experience it was. Need to improve customer service.

I am the first to say something if our service is unacceptable and I am also the first to say something if our service is great. Checked my husband in online as we do about every 8 weeks and had a short wait when we arrived. His stylist, Cassandra, was amazing. She was very friendly and outgoing. Really made my husbands haircut enjoyable. Thank you Great Clips for a great haircut and thank you Cassandra for a very pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back again.

I’ve been trying to get my haircut for about a week now, but this place is never, ever open. Even when they are supposed to be open they don’t answer the phone, and online check-in shows as n/a. So basically I’ve now got a worthless Great Clips gift card. My bet is that this place will be out of business within the year.

This is the only place I get haircuts anymore simply because of the speed and quality of their work. Great staff, very friendly that chat if you want to but don’t force it. Online check in helps a lot, skip the line while you’re driving there. I always get great haircuts when I come here, and it’s pretty inexpensive. My top recommended haircut place in town.

My son went in for a specific hairstyle, the staff was not sure how to do what was asked and decided to just start shaving his head, and the way his head was shaved was not even all the way around. They didn’t even trim the top and the hair cut was horrible. Resulting in having to go somewhere else to try to fix it so it was not embarrassing to be in public. Two of the lady’s that worked on his hair were very rude when they seen us walk in. Will not go there again. The price explains quality of work.
