WHAT KIND OF Haircut IS THIS??? Disappointed!! My son had a long hair. Now is very short and doesn’t look good plus they charged for shampooing and hair smelled like a dirty hair.

I used the appointment thing online, it’s fine. The ladies that work there have all been great. I’ve had a different one each time I’ve been there. They move people pretty effectively, so the wait is short if there is one. Looks like they serve everyone from 2 to 95. So all are welcome. Will return.

Highly disappointed in my experience with Great Clips today. She cut way shorter than what I asked for! Overall don’t like the work done, my hair looks very choppy & I have noticed a lot of longer strays she had missed! I should of picked up the scissors in my cabinet instead! The aftermath would of been about the same. The atmosphere is great they work very quickly & are very friendly, but after today, I will find somewhere else too go!

Will not return ever cannot believe what happened at a standard hair appointment – my son went in for a trim and he got a complete chop job. He told her he wanted his bangs to hang to his eye brows – that is not what happened. Very upset child I have! I now have to pay to take him to a barber to fix the unprofessional bowl cut he received.

Well I used to use Great clips in Muscatine Iowa. To have my haircut until today I asked for a certain haircut and if I wanted my hair shaved I would have just shaved my head at home and not spent $17 having someone shave my head. More than likely I will not go back to get my haircut there.
