Wow! Just wow! Had the worst experience here today! Tried to get my nails done, the lady fried my fingers w/ the drill, then soaked me in a chemical that burned the sh*t out of my fingers. Waited while the original lady started me, then she left to do a pedicure (waiting in the chemical that burned & dried out my skin-i couldn’t stay in it the whole time). Then She said to come back cuz it was getting late, I had to wait for some one else. As a waited, the same lady who started me took ANOTHER customer. That was it, I told them i was leaving- and they still charged me!! NEVER AGAIN-Whole vibe was off as she asked who did my nails- she wanted me to go back to them… ZERO stars…

This was the worst experience ever. Me and my daughter went in to get fills and they said 20 minutes we waited and then they started my daughters nails. The lady didn’t know how to fix her nails and grinded them so low it was burning so bad the she globbed the acrylic on and left them thick and uneven. I waiting 47 minutes while they kept taking other walk-ins and ignoring me. I couldn’t figure out why they were doing other people nails instead of mine!! Horrible customer service!!! Then they pretend to not know english!!! Honestly i’m glad they didn’t touch my nails after seeing my daughters nails.

This place is amazing! This was my first time going here. They were very friendly! Even though they were pretty busy they got me started right away and it didn’t take more than 40 minutes or so for a short full set. I got exactly what I wanted. This will definitely be my go-to nail place from now on!
