My fiancé just called me in tears because she asked to have 2-3″ of her hair cut off and double that length was actually removed! She has had this happen 2 times over the last 3 years and gets ok haircuts the other times. However, messing this up is unacceptable, she has straight long hair. This is just about the simplest cut imaginable. She has problems with confronting people so I am writing this for her.

I did not have a good experience at this location! I specifically asked for the girl not to focus as much on cutting my length off but to do more of a layers look. I told the girl I like my hair long and she kept saying and I quote, “ you NEED to cut this off” after I specifically told her I didn’t want to. After that she showed me what looked about and inch maybe a tiny more and said I needed to at least do that. So towards the end it had looked like she cut what looked like 3-4 inches off instead and had left me with layers that were too short and could pass as bangs instead. Definitely will not be going back.

I have had my hair cut here twice, each time by a different stylist and they each did an excellent job. Everyone was very friendly, the place is clean and I didn’t have to wait at all either time. The price was very reasonable too. I will definitely be back for future haircuts.

I went in to this location to have a trim. I have been working on growing my hair out for two years and was very proud of the length that I had finally achieved. The “stylist” that I had seemed nice at first, I told her I only wanted to trim about three inches and I also explained to her that I have naturally curly hair. She seemed to understand what I was wanting and started to cut….. I’m not sure how three inches turned into twelve. But that is what she cut off. I am beyond furious. She then went to “style” my hair, which I had explained to her was curly, by blow drying it out with no diffuser and then spraying hairspray in it. Needless to say I left looking like a poodle. I am getting married in three months and now have the worse hair cut I have ever had in my entire life. It is short and blunt and I look like I have a box on my head.
