Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSince the pandemic, this business has taken a serious step backwards. They have always been a little over priced but the service used to be good. Now, the quality is terrible and service is worse. I’ve had my fingers cut twice with no apology. My daughter asked for French manicure with red tips and got not only an hombre but the sloppiest hombre ever. She asked them to fix it in the middle and the nail tech told her it looks good and kept going. I don’t know how you let a customer walk out the door with nails looking like that. They didn’t apologize and she tried to blame my kid. Terrible. She got them fixed at another place. Since the pandemic, this business has taken a serious step backwards. They have always been a little over priced but the service used to be good. Now, the quality is terrible and service is worse. This is the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. I live in Austin but would only come here if I lived here. It was a bit more expensive ($36 for a basic pedicure) but so worth it. I’m 70 so I have a lot of dead skin. But not now! My feet and toes feel fabulous. Sophia took a bunch of extra steps that no one has ever done before. She was gentle but effective. I’m a happy customer!

Overpriced. Pretentious employees. Was with my husband and sister in law. You ask for something and they either ignore and do what they want and still give you attitude. Not the best service and they’re prideful in their work which I’ve had better outcomes on cuticles/paint job with much nicer staff and cheaper. The experience could’ve been better and they don’t even try. Less than one minute massage with basic package which is overpriced. At least have better experience and outcome with these prices. Ridiculous.

Had such a great pedicure. Though it was just a basic level 1, Lucy took the time to really clean it up. Other places I’ve been, they’ve done well but the shape of my toenails always seem not right. This time they were shaped just how I would do it if I shaped them myself, without her even needing to be told to. Would come back.

They do an amazing job! You get what you pay for here. I love how they did them. This is my second time here. They don’t buff down my natural nails, which I love because they are so thin. They are very careful as well. I fell in love with this place.

Only place I EVER go to get nails done and have EVER gone in the last 5+ years. Doesn’t matter who you see there, they ALL know what they’re doing. I’ve never had a specific “lady” I’ve had to see when I go. They are all so good! My nails are every single time. Picture shown is after a week but they still look legit.

This is my favorite nail place a dance has been for several years now. It’s never been convenient as I used to live in Katy and now I live in Upper Kirby. Thought that now I’m inside the loop I’d try out some places here, but already been royally disappointed. Bora Bora is big with a lot of technicians and they’re all equally skilled. I have never committed to one person since every person has always been great – which makes this place so much more convenient not having to schedule around one person. Shellac is on point and the massage chairs are bomb. Also, if you have a lot of callus like me, they’re really thorough about getting it off!
