This was my first visit and LAST VISITS to this location. I went early on a Sunday morning and there were (2) stylists working with (2) customers. One of the stylists was very involved with a young girl, while the other stylist was close to finishing up with a female (that took about 10 minutes). After the stylist finished up with the female, she then checked out that customer, but FOR SOME REASON, it took another 10 to 15 minutes for both stylists to DO WHATEVER they were doing with that female customer (who whad already paid). Meanwhile, after being there for almost 15 minutes, another female walked in and was greeted by the second stylist (who inquired if that customer had checked in online, which she had). After finally dealing with the original female customer (who had already been checked out), the second stylist finished with the first customer, the second stylists then cleaned her station and then called up the women had come in after me (even though she had only been there less than 5 minutes). Now I realize that the other customer had checked in online, but I had been there over 15 minutes while the stylists were doing WHATEVER with the first female customer that had already been checked out, and then they do not to take me, just because I did check in online. WHY DO YOU HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS, “WALK-INS WELCOME”. Yeah, walk-ins are only welcome only if you check in online. The stylist could have taken me if she had not been dinking around with the first female customer that had already been checked out. So congratulations Great Clips LaGrange, I’ll make sure to take my money to other locations that will be willing to take me as a walk in, and funny, I am brand new to the LaGrange area. What a way to be welcomed.

I went for a haircut the other day and really enjoyed my experience there. The beautician with the dreads trimmed up my ends for some nice silky hair. She had also taught me about protein and how we need a balance of moisture and protein not just protein. I couldn’t have managed my hair without the lady. She was dead tired but she still helped me out. I wish there were more people like her out there in the world.

I checked in on the app got a text that said they would be ready in 15 minutes to head to the salon and when I get there they have the door locked and ended up closing a half hour early that’s the second time that’s happened to me at that salon

I have two kids (early elementary age) and I am told I have to wait outside while my youngest gets his haircut bc my oldest and I am not allowed in at the same time as my youngest- even though I’m fully vaccinated and my oldest has a mask on. Poor service.

Never enough stylist, always a long wait. Tonight was 95 minute wait when I checked in online. There was 25 people checked in online but only 2 in front of me physically at the location. As we waited people were coming in and waiting 2 minutes and then getting there hair cut. I watched this happen for 30 minutes. Just kept getting bumped. The system does not work if your not staffed appropriately. Especially on day before school starts. I repeat, the girls are always friendly but they are always under staffed when I come. I avoid great clips for these reasons.
