Critical: ValueI made an appointment for the Venus Glow facial plus. After arriving and being taken into the room, I was informed the machine was down. I completely understand equipment malfunctions and technology, however, I wish someone would have called me to let me know or when I made the appointment they could have said it was down. After deciding I’ll go with the Diamond Glow Facial I got charged an extra $25 not knowing until after I paid and looked at the receipt. I made an appointment for the Venus Glow facial plus. After arriving and being taken into the room, I was informed the machine was down. I completely understand equipment malfunctions and technology, however, I wish someone would have called me to let me know or when I made the appointment they could have said it was down. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIt’s been awhile since I’d scheduled a massage and I was very thankful to get in quickly. The entire experience is wonderful from the time you enter to the time you leave. I also like the fact that they allow you the option for the mask, which is wonderful! Can’t wait to go back!

The ladies go out of their way to not only make you feel comfortable welcome and relaxed but also to make sure you understand what you’re having done so that you can make an informed decision.. She studied float therapy to help soldiers with PTSD and to relieve chronic pain. I received a mani/pedi and we both had himalayian salt stone massages. Her staff is friendly and very good at their professions. We will definitely return. Well worth the 4 hour drive. Garden City is blessed to have this spa serving their community.
