Low low low quality. Ive been there a few times and almost every tech I’ve seen were very sloppy and completely skipped cuticle work. One of the main issues (out of many issues) I experienced was the tech filed my natural nail bed very deep and uneven on several nails. Seems like a rookie mistake or lack of care and quality.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNot sure why I keep giving this place a chance honestly. They pressure you into getting dip powder bc it’s easier for them to do than actual acrylic nails and they charge MORE for the dip powder and claim it’s stronger and lasts longer, but the last 3 sets I got I had broken 3-4 nails within a week. Just got a set 6 days ago and I’ve already broken off two nails and both thumb nails are cracked straight across on both sides and about to break off any time now. Not sure why I keep giving this place a chance honestly. They pressure you into getting dip powder bc it’s easier for them to do than actual acrylic nails and they charge MORE for the dip powder and claim it’s stronger and lasts longer, but the last 3 sets I got I had broken 3-4 nails within a week. This was my third visit, and they gradually got worse with each one. I was 7 minutes late due to a true family emergency, I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes because Jenna took someone else, because of the step she was in with said client, I would have been waiting anyway. So I opted for another tech that was available. They were pushing Dip powder and because I kept receiving glances meant to make me feel uncomfortable by Jenna & others, I just wanted to get my nails done due to time restraints, albeit finding such behavior quite childlike. We are all adults, not teens and catty behavior as such speaks volumes on how the business runs. The tech did not understand almond shape, I got oval-like shape with some squared, jagged edges, which I had to fix myself and they look quite fake. They were pushing Dip powder with everyone and barely cleaning the foot basins used for pedicures. I also noticed they use toolboxes with files used over and over again on clients feet as well, with COVID and other viral/bacterial diseases and sicknesses going around, this bothers me!! Their goal is not with the client’s health safety, it is how they can get more clients in to make more money. The salon is not very clean either, there are cords and wires all over, embedded dirt and grime on walls and floors. I will not be going back and will be vocal about my experiences there. Irondequoit does have better salons!

This place blew my expectations outta the water. We made an appointment but showed up early and they took us right away! The nail tech was quick, professional and super nice. I tried Dip powder for the first time and I am IN LOVE with my nails!!! I will definitely be back.

I’ve been here many times, Because it’s close and easy to get in for appointments in a pinch. It’s a hit or miss. There’s times my nails look amazing and other times I’m disappointed. I am probably going to start looking for a different place that has more reliable outcome.
