Foxy Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityReally nice people. I’ve been here multiple times but this last time was not good. First, no greeting this time when I first walked in or during the pedicure. So, The pedicure was very rough and rushed, the worker was filing my nail and hurt above my toe on both feet. When they put the chemical to remove dead skin off the feet it burned soooo bad where my skin was broken. It was one of the worst pains ever. One foot it scabbed over. It even bled after I got home. I’m very disappointed with this time. I really liked going here but this is a deal breaker. Not to mention, no gloves were changed while switching between customers feet. Thank the lord I do not have an infected toe. This picture is 3 days later, so only picture it a few days ago.Service: PedicureReally nice people. Really nice people. I’ve been here multiple times but this last time was not good. First, no greeting this time when I first walked in or during the pedicure. So, The pedicure was very rough and rushed, the worker was filing my nail and hurt above my toe on both feet. Critical: QualityI’m not one to give reviews but after three different experiences and each one being bad I had to share. First day I went to get my nails done, she shaped them incorrectly. I didn’t bother because we were already 2 hours into my appointment time so I went with it. The same night I got home, my nail broke. Went to get it fixed the next day and she closed the shop before 3pm. (Terrible way to run a business) so I had to make an appointment the next morning before my flight back home to get it fixed. It is now the next day, I’m back home and yet another nail is broken. I’m not rough on my nails and I’ve never had two nails just break off within two/three days. Two weeks maybe but not two days. This service is ridiculous. I’ll never spend money here again. I didn’t bother because we were already 2 hours into my appointment time so I went with it. The same night I got home, my nail broke. Critical: QualityIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was visiting from Atlanta and could not believe how much more expensive it was in this backwoods town. The first color I chose, when applied was not correct. The second one there was not a drop in the bottle. The third was fine but within two days the gel starting chipping and the nail polish peeling off. I did not have time to go back there while I was in town to argue with them. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was visiting from Atlanta and could not believe how much more expensive it was in this backwoods town. The first color I chose, when applied was not correct. The second one there was not a drop in the bottle. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been to a lot of nail shops & I love, love, lovvvee Foxy Nails! With their cleanliness & super friendly customer service, they’re always willing to go above & beyond for you! I don’t ever plan on going anywhere else! I most definitely recommend them!
