I use the shark bed and it’s amazing it’s by far the best tanning results I’ve ever had compared to any other beds .I give this bed a five star and the stand up one is just is good bit the shark is a level 3 bed and it has shoulder and face bronzer in the bed and there is no show of lines on the body from the shark bed either it’s perfect. Also I can use any other bed including the stand up at any time once I get the shark package.its clean place and great staff n prices are good.

I have used this salon for many years, never had a problem. 2 yrs ago I had a bad experience with one of the girls and said I would never go back.I talked to the Manager, she was so rude to me. This time I went for 2 weeks, I asked for a different bed because the fan in room 11 doesn’t work, They kept putting me in the same room and I got nothing but attitude. Thur they put me in rm 3 and this time the bed kept shutting on and off and the fan isn’t working. I decided I was done and told the girl and she says “ it does it all the time” why would you put someone in that room if that’s what it does??? I didn’t know if it was a shortage or what. She never even attempted to offer me a new room or an extra day of tanning. Yesterday they put me in the same room because it was the only one available. I mentioned it shutting off and she said it was fixed… It didn’t shut off , but it was really hot in there and no fan. I have 2 more days to tan but I’m not even going to bother… everyone there has no customer service no hi or buy and certainly seem to care less. The girl there yesterday was not rude but not friendly. This time I won’t go back!!!

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! Paid $80 for level 1.5 bed for one month unlimited tanning. When I got in bed…the Facial Tanner was out! Mentioned it to the Girl, and she said “oh yeah…I have to tell my Manager about that”. Very disappointed…but I’m stuck!

Poor customer service from staff and management!! I was informed by the staff member I was purchasing sessions that did not expire. I wanted sessions only because of the ability to use whenever needed and having a fair complexion. I even asked the staff member twice to confirm it wouldn’t expire. Well.. I went to go tanning and was informed my sessions expired after only using 3 or 14 sessions. I was caught off guard and the staff member was rude never made eye contact with me, I had to suggest to have management contact me. When management did contact me they said there was NOTHING they could do. They spoke to the staff member who sold me the package and “she” said she didn’t tell me such thing. Management said they have signs on the door that says it is to expire. Who the heck reads a door? I’d hope going into buy a tanning package you could rely on the staff to properly inform you on what a tanning package entails. NOT IN THIS CASE!! Poor customer service and young girls who are constantly on their phone when you come in to use the facility. I could see if they tried to make an exception for me by offering me 5 sessions or something to accommodate their staff members mistake. NEVER will I refer this tanning salon and I will be sure to turn them into BBB.
