I’ve had great experiences with Form Salon and specifically with Caroline, who cuts and colors my hair regularly. She is very good at what she does! Also, I have found her to be extremely client-focused, sometimes adapting for me and always making sure my experience is a good one. I’ve seen her provide similar attentiveness to other clients too. I have been to many Top Salons snd have never found a Salon so unresponsive as the Form Salon . I would rate the Salon very low in Total experience . when i needed an accommodation which was very rare , no one cared . When i had a concern ,which was one time only , no one got back to me. They just don’t care or know how to treat their clientele.
