As soon as I walked in the manager yelled, “We closed” even though online it said 7:30 and on the window it says they close at 8. It was 7 when I walked in, I just needed a polish change. I didn’t even get the chance to tell her what I needed because she was talking over me. So, I did a google edit for their closing time so now they have an accurate closing time posted. The misleading information is a bust.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst time there today and will NEVER go back!! First off, I was told that my wait was 25 mins..which turned into an hour. Then I get in the chair and I ask to get a design on one finger/per hand..only to be told at the end of polishing, that I had to go sit and wait another 30mins to get 2 simple designs or come back the next day because he had to take care of other customers that came in AFTER me. I felt so humiliated!! But the sad part is..he didn’t have time to do my design, but he had time to stand at the counter for my husband to get there with his card for payment?? My nails were uneven and gel polish was dried all around my cuticles. First time there today and will NEVER go back!! First off, I was told that my wait was 25 mins..which turned into an hour. Today I went to the salon for a regular mani and the tech started on me right away no issues. Later during my visit the owner walks up and tells me I need to get gel because it will last longer. Probably the worst set of nails I’ve ever had, very unprofessional and sloppy work. Also I’ve had my nails for about a week and they are already lifting. I got a full set and my nails had a very bumpy and uneven finish. Not to mention she roughly filed my skin more than she did the nail. It was one of those things where you pay for it just to get out. Don’t go to this place.

I went yesterday to get a fill in and they did terrible I’m am highly upset when I got my nails done in the first place they were pretty but after the fill in, oh no the are bad most of the are crooked, the paint is bubbled up in some spots on the nails and on top of everything she cut my finger. I was really hoping I found a good place because like I said the first set I loved, and was a good price. So I’m going back to get these fix hopefully they do better.
