Stylist was nice and did a good job however Manager is rude and other stylist at the salon who was present at the register upon checkout was abrupt and rude. Will not be returning. Customer should be treated with a smile when you enter the salon. Went in the other day as a walk-in and was told by the manager that you need to make an appointment even though the sign outside says walk-ins welcome. So made an appointment and went today. As I stated above, the stylist who did the haircut did a good job and was nice. However, the manager if she ever cracked a smile it would be a miracle and the other girl that was present at the register was abrupt and rude. Would not recommend this salon.

Got there right at noon and I was amazed how clean the place was. The parking is amazing since it’s in a plaza, so you will have no problem finding a place to park. My hair stylist was very professional and very sweet. She had my hair cut done in record time. She cut my hair in like less then 20 minutes and it looked really good. I would recommend this place to anyone . I was very pleased with the service and I will for sure be back guys and thanks for helping me when I was in a jam . The prices were very good and affordable . For a hair cut and a shampoo , which is what I got, I believe it was 13 dollars all together . The customer service is amazing and on point . We typically have a good experience when we go here. Kelly does a good job with my son’s hair. We went earlier though, and there is no working restroom. What the heck?! We’ve gone back a few times and the restroom is fixed. We’ve had Hannah now, and she’s great.

When I arrived at the location I was greeted by a lady who seemed to be in charge of the new girl in training. She told me that I was going to be getting my hair cut by the new girl who only spoke Spanish and that they would translate what I would like done. I then proceeded to get my hair cut for a half hour by this new girl. She didn’t quite know what she was doing. She spent the whole time blending the back and sides and it was still uneven. She didn’t even hardly touch the top but at that point I was fed up with the game of having this new person practice on me. I paid, left, and went to Great Clips so that they could finish off the haircut by someone who knows what they were doing. I am usually satisfied by the Fantastic Sams stores, but this one was an all time low. The ‘trainer’ sat on her phone the ENTIRE TIME and was not guiding the new person as she should have been. This was very unprofessional and it needs to be addressed. I understand everyone needs to start from somewhere, but with the proper guidance this could have been corrected.

Signed in for my son to get a haircut. Kelly was fairly rude. They took people in front of my son ,their regulars. Finally after an hour one of the stylists asked for another name and when that person did not answer she looked at us and asked if we had been helped yet. When I told her that we had signed in over an hour before she looked at the list and finally took my son to do his hair. I do not know her name but she did a great job. Overall the experience was not good. Will not be going back there.

My baby is autistic and non-verbal so it wasn’t an easy task but Gisella was so sweet and patient with her. Excellent service and very professional, we were so happy with how well she did despite my babies difficult time with it! Highly recommend! Thank you Gisella!!

Had a 4 o’clock appointment, but arrived 5 minutes late. There we’re two people waiting. One of the stylists told the stylist, whom I had an appointment with, to take the person that was waiting first and she’d take the other person. Thus, leaving me, the customer with an appointment, to wait, while two other people were waited upon. I also had my toddler with me. I was livid! So I told myself I’d just find somewhere else, with better customer service. I wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged, when I came into the establishment. Definitely will not be coming back.

My son and I went in for a haircut. My son whose hair was over a foot long found a picture what he wanted. Showed to the person cutting his hair. Said do an undercut not shaved short. By the time my son was done it was way to short and looked bad. As for my hair asked to have the back short but not so it hung forward when I leaned in. My haircut was exactly like i had it but shorter. The person can not understand directions. Will never go back. On top of it I was overcharged for my son’s haircut. He is 11 and it should have been $12.00 and was charged an adult $27.00 Rip off. Learned from my experience will not do business here. I do not recommend. They take regulars before customer order of the sign in sheet.
