The Arlington location is pretty okay with some mishaps of not being on time (I’ll never understand how customers get negatively counted for being late, but it’s okay for estheticians to be late). I do believe EWC should be more realistic in how long it really takes to do waxes + other services & spread out the time intervals further.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed here due to them being the closest to me and I honestly, Jai has been giving me the best brow shape I’ve ever had in my entire life. I don’t understand how she gets them looking so crisp and full at the same time but EWC is lucky to have her. If you want perfect brows, book Jai . She’s totally worth it.
