If you are looking for a wonderful massage therapist you must try Gus. He is very knowledgeable with many years of experience and very effective in managing pain relief but in a relaxing way. He has a calm and caring personality, really respectful. Over the years I have learned stretches and he even does hot stone massages. I would highly recommend visiting him at Massage Envy.

My friend treated me to a massage today at Massage Envy in Prosper. I really liked the decor, some really cool light features and very calm and soothing colors. Jackie was my massage therapist and she did a deep tissue massage. I got a membership so I can make this a monthly occurrence. They had a lot of skin care products available as well which I thought was great.

I enjoyed the atmosphere here. The staff was kind and friendly. Mark was my masseuse and he was simply delightful. The place has the calming fragrance that reminds me of spas. I just wish their waiting room exuded more of a zen vibe with music and so forth. Went to make myself a beverage from the keurig machine but they were out of many beverage options. Other than that I enjoyed myself and will be back.

I’m pretty upset. I made an appointment last night for a massage for the earliest time available. It was a last minute birthday gift for myself. I have to Uber most places because I just had a minor surgery and am staying with my parents. So after the appointment was confirmed for 9am and I made an appointment with Uber to come pick me up just in time to get me to the location. I get a call less than half an hour before the appointment and when my Uber is already sitting outside saying masseuse called in sick. They offered another day but I was already out the money I had to pay to cancel my Uber and nothing else worked for my schedule. I understand people get sick but I almost feel like the call to cancel should have come sooner and if they don’t confirm with their masseuses when they make appointments then that’s an issue too. If it were my job I would have know way before 30 minutes prior to my arrival that I was sick and told them either the night before or early in the morning before they opened.
