I had a facial and DERMAPLANING with Raymonda on October 14th. While Covid continues to be a concern for me, I want to report that I felt safe at Euro Laser. I like that it is low key but professional at the same time. Raymonda is thorough and I enjoyed her sense of humor. Most importantly, she did not push me too buy a ton of products. I made a follow up appointment.

Liz, Dr. Messenger & the entire team at Eurolaser are fabulous! They literally treat every client there as though they are family which is why so many have stayed loyal & come back for years. I am 44 years old & have been doing Botox & dermal fillers for 15 years, majority with Dr. Messenger. I was shocked to read the review where someone complained about a bruise after Botox. It is a known fact that mild bruising can occur, especially if the patient uses alcohol, caffeine, fish oil etc. Plus the nature of the treatment is taking several needles to the face! How someone could be so surprised about a bruise after a needle being injected into the body is absolutely ludicrous. Then the client accusing the establishment of “caring more about money”, when it was in fact she who was complaining in the hopes of a acquiring refund! There is someone in this scenario who is being dishonest in the hopes of gaining money; however, it is NOT the team at Eurolaser.

Very disappointed in the level of customer service provided after I had an issue with bruising. I’ve been receiving Botox in NYC for over seven years prior to moving to Rye. I’ve never had bruising and swelling until this service. It looked like I had a black eye for over a week. Once I reached out to tell them about the situation there was no reimbursement, discount, etc for what happened. Take your money elsewhere- they care more about money over keeping their clients happy.
