Wonderful experience! As someone who has had many massages ♂️ over the years, I must say at Ariel was incredible. He had great technique, and great pressure. He asked me if I had any areas that I wanted focused on, and I told him that I suffer from Headaches, Migraines, and also neck pain. He really focused in on those areas as well as the whole body experience. It was a great 1hr relaxation massage. I will definitely return. Also, the girl working the front desk was super sweet and friendly. A very welcoming environment with great decor. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend having a couples massage appointment here. Beautiful, calm and relaxing atmosphere. I had Ariel as my therapist and I wish I could have known the persons name who did my husband. Both were amazing! We told them our problem areas and they worked all the knots out! We really appreciated their professionalism and kindness.

I enjoy coming here! The prices are affordable (thank you). I love going to Elle for my facials! That’s my girl! And James for deep tissue! He just gets it. Today I walked out of a session with him, feeling disoriented with relief and relaxation.

Awful experience. I travel for work and have been to many massage therapists, but this was certainly the worst ever. No music or soothing sounds in the room so I got to listen to therapist stomach grumbles ( I know this is normal but also why it’s important to have background sound). Asked for therapeutic and felt like someone was petting me. No attention given during “consultation”. Almost positive Courtney was falling asleep during massage. At one point, she “rubbed” a 6 in. square portion of my calf for like 3 mins. I actually ended up walking out by saying I needed to go to the restroom after about 15 mins total. I’ve never in my life have even considered this even with not so great massages. Front desk attendant was extremely kind and understanding. I wasn’t going to write a review and wanted to give them a chance to make it right but I still haven’t heard from any management who was supposed to call me. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I really wanted to like this place due to all the great reviews but unfortunately I did not have the best experience. I planned a spa day for my husband and I for his birthday. The morning of I received a text message, not a phone call which I felt was unprofessional, that the esthetician was out sick so our facials were canceled. There were no other services that we can add on so my husband and I had our massages at separate times. I felt bad as he had to wait around for an hour when it was his bday surprise. When I asked if anything could be added so he wouldn’t have to wait, I was TEXTED that there was a nail salon in the same plaza. One of the masseuse across the hall had a loud barking cough constantly (if your coughing that much maybe should have stayed home). This was very distracting and prevented from being fully relaxed. Our masseuse was nice, did not try to chit chat which I liked. Also there was no relaxing with a glass of wine like what is offered online for couples massage. I will personally go else where in the future.

I stopped going for a while because there weren’t many female therapists specializing in deep tissue so I went to the Bradenton location. Then there weren’t many at Bradenton so I went back to the Lockwood location and booked with Courtney. I’ve been booking her ever since for the past three months.
