I was issued a gift certificate to this salon after having to come back 2 different times to have my hair colored. I went to use it for my kids to get cuts and had a balance of 46.20 they then put that the gift certificate expires in a week after that. Will NEVER go there again and would never recommend anyone else. I called the owner is out of the county until January 15 and her staff is not interested in fixing this. My original trip was almost 350.00 .

This place only has one worker sometimes and takes forever to finish. I’ve been waiting in this seat for a half an hour for one person who was here and being worked on before I even got here. They need to schedule people more. The prices are average and aren’t bad at cutting hair, but I recall a few times my mom got angry. This is why we go to great clips on 59. It’s cheaper and better. I only came here because I live right next to it and thought it would be convenient. I was wrong. The owner and workers are very nice though!

I have been going there for a few years now, and I prices are very reasonable and you get a truly great haircut from “actual experienced” hair stylists. Even my wife and all the bridesmaids and Mom’s went before our wedding and everyone was very happy.

They did a good job with the haircuts, and their customer service at first, but then once it was time for us to pay for our haircuts their credit card machine was down and it literally took them like 45 minutes trying to call the customer service line for their credit card machine before we could leave and get the hair off of us! When we asked if we could have a discount on our next visit the owner say there and practically laughed in our face… And their haircut prices are decent, but their other prices are kind of all over the place. Probably will not come back again.
