I will definitely not be coming back! I came in on 9/30/22 and got my eyebrows waxed and asked for French tip almond nails. I have gotten this style of nails done multiple times at different places and I’ve never had a problem given it’s a simple design. I noticed before she even started to file that they were looking weird and she noticed too because on a specific nail I saw her trying to fix it prehand by filing but the problem is in how the nails were dipped. I usually never say anything but they were very obviously not right so I brought it up nicely she tried to file them some more and noticed it wasn’t helping then called a coworker over to back her up on nothing being wrong. She also stated “I’m not a machine they aren’t going to look like the machine” I’ve gotten this style done a lot and I’ve never had them look this uneven. Each tip is a different thickness as well some of them come down way further on one side than the other making my nail look like it’s going in a weird direction not straight. I felt outnumbered and anxious so I just let it go let her finish payed and then left. I called after and the guy at the desk was super nice offered for me to come back and him fix them but I would have preferred they were fixed when I said there was a problem with them not after I complained and became a problem myself.

Looking for Kim who worked at Envy Nails for the last 9 years? She and several other nail techs no longer work there. She is now at Luxe on 380/University across from Sams in Denton. I just found out and wanted to pass it on for anyone else who might be looking for her. I’ve been a loyal customer of Envy for a long time but Luxe will be my go to now. She goes by Kimmy at her new location (due to multiple Kim’s). Kim is an amazing nail tech and those are very hard to find.

I’ve been going here for years now. The ambiance of the spa is so beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Whoever did their interior design has a very keen eye . The nail technicians are so kind, accommodating, and skilled. Cindy and Sara are my personal favorites and they aren’t the type to chat it up with other technicians nor are they busy answering calls when I’m in their chair… so they remain very attentive and focused which makes for a much more relaxing and quality experience. I can’t review all of the techs, but both of these ladies are not only great with nails and understanding client expectations, they also give great massages ♀️. And as long as they aren’t too busy in the spa, they let me stay in the massage chairs as long as I like so that my nails are dry before I leave

Pedicure was done 9 days ago— paid extra for gel since I was going on a cruise and wanted them to last awhile. Within 3 days of having them done the color came off. However, Envy nails fixed them today without any issue- thank you!!

I have been getting my nails done here for a little over two years. I started going right before the pandemic hit, and I think they did a great job in terms of safety and cleanliness during that time. Sometimes the wait is long, but I always consider the service worth it. Service is friendly and accommodating. Occasionally, my service time has gone past their closing hour and I never felt my nail tech rushed the work. I highly recommend Envy Nails.

Jackie did a good job with my dip powder. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back because I don’t like to give business to dishonest ppl. I asked how much it would be to add cuticle trim with my dip and receptionist/ owner said it would be $5 more or I could get a signature manicure for $18 more that would include cuticle trim, parafin wax and lotion. So I went ahead and got the signature manicure. When it was time to pay he charged me $23 more. I told him you said it was $18. He said no that’s a regular manicure. I wasn’t going to argue with him, I just won’t be coming back. It’s unfortunate because I like to get my nails done every 2 weeks and I was really hoping this place would work since it’s close to home. 3 stars because Jackie was nice, nails looked natural and smooth.
