This salon is highly unprofessional, after tanning the morning of 2/22 i had a rash develop. After no relief i went to the doctor to find out i had (most likely)contracted a fungal infection from this tanning salons bed. When i approached the owners of this business they addressed me in a highly unprofessional way and acted unconcerned. Instead they argued with me on how i couldnt have possibly got the fungal infection from their beds. When i was the first customer that morning at the salon and the first in the bed and hadn’t had no issue until after tanning session. No lotion change no problems with cleaning solutions. This was absolutely the worst experience i have had in my many years of tanning. They have yet to refund me my full amount of what i paid after only tanning for five sessions and i pay forty dollars for the promotion of a membership but they did agree to refund me my money back for advance payment . Hands down i don’t wanna be a member of this salon no more so i believe that i should be refunded in full. After all i had to pay out of my pocket for doctors visit as well as medication from a problem i (most likely)got from their company!!!! I don’t recommend this tanning salon to anyone!!!!!! Critical: ValueI have been a customer we you guys for awhile. I’m very disappointed in how you guys are doing your monthly tanning now. I can’t just buy a month of tanning without putting a card on hold and then trying to remember to call and cancel it on the 20th of the month so another month fee don’t come out! I went in this evening to purchase a month and I told the clerk I wanted the $29.99. She said ok. I put in my card then she said sign the pad. Then she said that will be $63 or so. I said why is it that much, it should only be $29.99 plus tax. She said it’s a membership fee. I said I bought the 39.99 package last year and did not pay no fee!! Plus she never even mentioned that when I told her the package I wanted! I’m not paying $30 fee just to tan with you guys when I can go somewhere else cheaper and not have to pay a extra fee! I go for spray tans. I have had better spray tans that last longer at other places outside Valdosta at the same price. But it isnt bad. The problem I had at my last visit was that I got into the tanning booth and it wouldn’t work. I had to get dressed. The employee apologized and said I forgot it want working. You will have to go to the other shop and get it there. Uh…ok. I was on a tight schedule and frustrated that she didnt say anything before I got undressed and in the booth. She should have at least offered a free tan or something to make up for the inconvenience and her mistake.

Best tanning salons hands down! Both salons are beautiful. Both are extremely cleaning. All staff members are knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I will not tan anywhere else in Valdosta!

Just because of the fact that the OWNER was very rude and mean after I asked for a refund because some of the Bulbs (the entire right side of the face tanner) were not working in the Tanning bed. She rolled her eyes, argued, and snapped at me, I left in tears. It ruined the rest of my day thanks to the panic attack that I had in the salon. She didn’t even appologize or have any sympathy what so ever. People like that do not deserve good business. I didn’t finish my tan, she refused to make it right and tried blaming me for the bulbs not working and explained that it was working the day before. There were also cracks in the Tanning bed. She clearly isn’t striving to do better as she stated in her response to another bad review.
