Critical: ValueI have been a customer we you guys for awhile. I’m very disappointed in how you guys are doing your monthly tanning now. I can’t just buy a month of tanning without putting a card on hold and then trying to remember to call and cancel it on the 20th of the month so another month fee don’t come out! I went in this evening to purchase a month and I told the clerk I wanted the $29.99. She said ok. I put in my card then she said sign the pad. Then she said that will be $63 or so. I said why is it that much, it should only be $29.99 plus tax. She said it’s a membership fee. I said I bought the 39.99 package last year and did not pay no fee!! Plus she never even mentioned that when I told her the package I wanted! I’m not paying $30 fee just to tan with you guys when I can go somewhere else cheaper and not have to pay a extra fee!
