2 hrs with an unskilled rookie “tech” and this is what I get. Lumpy, bumpy rigid nails. The other “techs” knew this girl was inadequate, yet they still let her do horrible work. They are all rude, disrespectful and unfriendly. Also love to stare at you.. They charge a lot as well, this horrible full set was $50. I wouldn’t even return if it was free. You’ve been warned.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!At 9:05 am this morning I took a step into this business as I have done several times before. I asked the owner if Olga was in today? He asked if I had an appointment I said I did not, did I have to call? He had the appointment book in front of him so I could have made an appointment. He said Olga does not make appointments and told me to get out, his words were… “You get out my store, you don’t come back!” “I owner here, no appointment, you go!” I’m going to stop right here…I was hurt, not only was he rude but get this, the man and his wife are my neighbors! Yes, you heard me, they are my neighbors and I thought we were friendly. He screamed some more and told me to shut up and I walked out. I walk a third of the block up and saw his wife and told her what happened, she told me to come back and I did. She told me not to say anything that she would speak, I said no, I want you to hear how he speaks to the customers. She walked in and I stood outside the door and said, ” I told her what you did”, he said ” YOU SHUT UP, YOU GET OUT!”Well folks, she tried to reason with him but he is what he is. I got a gel set here and would end up back here once per week to get it fixed. I had an important weekend coming up and I couldn’t wait the 30 minutes to get another broken nail fixed. So I asked for nail glue until I could make it back the next day… and they ignored me!!! Finally the guy tells me no. It sucks because I would spend a minimum of $50 + tip every time I went there (weekly). I ended up paying the same price for AWESOME service in midtown. Owner needs to learn how to interact with paying customers. The girls are great though.

My friend did her nails here and they suggested the SNS powder as she was going on vacation. They charged 40 for her powder manicure which they claimed was going to last three weeks. Needless to say, four days later, two nails were completely void of any powder. She was unable to contact them as she was on vacation. I would NOT recommend this place they did a sub-par job, and overcharged for this mediocre service. I am writing this review for her as she does not have a google account.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star but appearently I have to give it one if I want to write a review about it. This place was a waste of my time. I sat there for 45 minutes before realizing that it’s not worth my time. I went with the purpose of getting a plain regular manicure and no one could tend to me. Other customers walked in to get fillings, gels, acrylics or to get a wax and we’re taken care of. I guess since an old fashioned mani is only $8 or I’m not a regular customer they dont feel an urgency to take care of me. The second time I been here in 6 years and the same situation repeated itself. So a word to the wise, don’t bother with this place if you’re a getting a regular mani or not a regular customer.

Went in for a fill in. Woman was removing my gel polish and kept hurting me with the device. I should have got up and left but I stayed and on the 6th nail she cut my finger and it wouldnt stop bleeding so I clearly needed to run my finger under cold water but instead she kept putting bleeding stopper chemical on it. I just got up and left after that
