I went in for a fill in I called the day before if they had anyone that was really good at doing nails and designs and the lady on the phone stated yes come in at 12:30pm. The young lady who did my feet with hot stones did a good job. However the father who did my nails did a terrible job after I asked multiple times are you sure you can perform the requested service. The shape of my nails is horrible and it looked like a toddler painted them. I spoke with the owners daughter and let her know my concerns and instead of her fixing my nails she insisted that the young lady who did my feet fix it.. and she was not certain of what to do. I just told her don’t worry about it. The owners did not offer any discount after I spent 120.00 and had to go elsewhere for repair and spend additional 65.00 to fix the mess they created

I LOVE coming to Dream. David & Vee always make sure I leave with perfect nails. They take their time and always ask if my nails are okay. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. Everyone here are very sweet and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

the bigger girl was rude, i asked if they think they could do what i asked for and she assured me they could. i went in for a fill in and nail art, and was charged 60 dollars for something that my 5 year old niece could have done better. they didnt even ask me what shape i wanted so i assumed he was going to do a coffin shape since thats what shape they were when i went in, after he was filing for 20 minutes and my nails started looking like rectangles i finally spoke up and asked for a coffin shape. they also applied the acrylic so thick, they dont look natural at all. im attaching a photo of what i asked for and what i received. would give 0 out of 5 stars if i could.

Sophie gave me the true nail salon experience. She paid attention to detail, and pressure points. I heard about her service from a friend, & came all the way from Norfolk to get the “Sophie experience” …I refuse to let anyone else touch my feet and hands. I wish her health,wealth and prosperity! Thank you for making my first nail salon visit for the new year an amazing one. I found my new nail home for sure! =)

Went in and requested a manicure. I had a man do my nails and there were multiple times where I had to ask him to fix my nails because he kept messing up. I explained to him where I wanted to him to fix my nail because he had filed it too much to the point where the dip powder came off. This happened on two occasions and when I told him it had happened again on another finger he tried to pretend to fix it and when I asked him again he caught an attitude and snatched my hand towards him. At that point I told him to not even fix that finger anymore since it was an issue. Then he proceeded to leave the dip powder residue all over my fingers. He didn’t think to take alcohol to remove the color around my nails. After snatching my hand, ignoring me & giving blatant attitude I will never return back at this nail salon.

I can honestly say, best nail salon I have ever been to! Some places you go to and the massage is 30 seconds or they barely scrub the foot. Not Here!!! Definetly bang for your buck here and Friendliest staff ever!

My husband and I have been going to Dream Nail Salon for about 2 years now and absolutely love them! They work extremely hard to ensure that I am satisfied with my manicure & pedicure. I normally go as a walk-in because of my schedule and I’m still able to be seen. Thank you Brenda for always fitting me into your busy schedule. You all are hands down the absolute best! I absolutely loved my nail tech. That’s the positive. The negative points are the prices are completely unreasonable. A fill and pedicure should NOT cost $99. Additionally, why say you take credit when for two months your machine has been “broken”? You overcharge and then I have to use your ATM and get two service charges from my bank and your ATM. I’m so perturbed by this entire situation. Lastly, i have two pending charges from this nail salon. The pending $99 and $101 from the ATM. I’m not happy and I will not return.
