Critical: ProfessionalismI had a short layover in between flights and decided to get my nails done. I found this place on google and it was near by. When I got there it was only one other customer. I sat down, the guy took my polish off and buffed my nails. After I washed my hands he told me to pay now. I told him I would pay once he was done. He said no, pay now! I asked why, he gave me a lame excuse saying he didn’t want me to mess up my nails. I stayed I’m sure they’ll get ruined anyway because I didn’t have time to let them dry. He said it’s policy and proceeded to walk over to the wall with policies where nothing showed that you had to pay first. I asked the other customer who was Caucasian if they asked her if I pay first. She stated no! So I asked again, why am I paying first and you haven’t finished my nails. He then said he wasn’t going to continue, which was fine by me because I didn’t want him too. I came there to get a service done and I’m well aware that in exchange for that service I have to pay. So why would I come there if that wasn’t my intent? I had a short layover in between flights and decided to get my nails done. I found this place on google and it was near by. When I got there it was only one other customer. Got a manicure done, I basically got their own tools and clean underneath my nails ! It’s not just the top of nail that has to be clean ;( Very poor service no towels were given to dry off, They use paper towels to dry off your hands after you soak them! You have to invest on your customers in order to get better service !

I am staying a hotel near BWI and went to a different nail place and they were unprofessional and messed my nails up horribly. So the next day I came to Nail Tech. They were awesome. They repaired my nails and repaired them and they put a decal on one nail and didn’t charge me to make it better for what the other salon had messed up. It wasn’t even their fault and they went above and beyond to make it better. Bebe is an awesome nail tech and whenever I’m in this area she will be the only person I will trust. Everyone at this salon was awesome and friendly. They deserve more than five stars.

both times i got pedicure my toe polish wasnt fully on my toes and the design i showed was not what i got and my mom nail fill was super thick i understand 1 guy was kn vacation but the push customer that were there back to start working on new customers so they can make more money but makes our time much longer waiting

My nail tech was funny , quiet, and good. He’s the only guy in there ! My nails came out better than expected this was my first time going. I was worried but he ease me off the ledge.

Simple and clean nail salon. I came in for mani and pedi on my lunch break, no appointment but they were able to see me right away. Hannah did a great job and my nails look great.

Visiting from Florida and staying near BWI. Googled nail shops in the area and figured I would give this place a try. Lee lee was very friendly and did a great job on nails and pedicure. Would definitely go back.
