I just left and I’m really disappointed. I wanted to like it, since the decor was so nice and the pedicure was mostly ok. Even the start of the manicure was fine. However, once I switched to a different technician, it was a different experience.. My hands are bleeding in multiple spots and when I pointed it out she just said ok, and the polish isn’t even. My baby toe nail on the left foot looks pretty bad and the second half of my manicure hurt to the point that I was left wanting to cry. I paid $105 for just the services, and it feels like it wasn’t worth the cost.

I have gotten my nails done at this salon a a lot over the years and generally have a good experience. Yesterday my sister and I had a little nail date and I was really bummed about my experience. I had opted for the royal mani pedi combo but ended up getting a rush job. The pedicure did nothing for the bottom of my feet and little for my toes, it’s hard to tell in the photo but the cuticle beds and shape of the nail were hardly touched. (bruising on toe is unrelated) My nails look horrible, the cuticles weren’t touched and each nail is a different shape. He also opted to use the power file tool even though my nails had no polish or existing work on them and sanded the top of my nails. I had to come home and fix them myself after paying $70.

Worst manicure I’ve been given in my life. I asked for ombré like the photo attached, except gray and white instead of pink and white. I kept saying ombré but I ended up with chrome. I got this done yesterday and the polish is already starting to come off on the pointer finger and middle finger…… very sad because I just tried to do something nice for myself and now I regret spending money here. I should have gone where I normally go.

This was a very bad experience. First off I asked for A manicure With dip for a present to my daughter. They were going to try to just do dip and charge us for manicure. When pointed it out she said “oh I forgot “. When we paid the price it said $45 we were charged more and I had a text for 15% off a service which I asked for and it was not applied. To make it worse My daughters nails were bleeding multiple spots and now red and sore. My daughter pointed it out during the manicure and the technician said “you’re ok”. I highly recommend not going here.

I went to this salon back in April for a shellac pedicure and dip manicure. The dip manicure was great, however I was charged extra for shellac pedicure and did not get shellac. It was a quick regular polish pedicure. No foot rub, no lotion, just polish and foot scrub. I was in a hurry to get to a wedding and after I left I realized I paid for a shellac pedicure vs the regular price one I received. I left a review that was texted to me and figured I would not return after being over charged for a service I didn’t receive.

My experience today was awful. I came in because I am having engagement photos taken this weekend where my hands will need to be in the pictures and look presentable. The staff told me that they understood and would help me to achieve this outcome. Lovely. After being worked on by one tech, we were stopped halfway and told that my tech had to work on another appointment, even though we were in the middle of mine. So then I have to wait for another already busy tech, in the middle of my manicure, to then halfheartedly finish the job. As expected by this service, the second tech did not do a decent or even adequate job. After the disaster was over and I was visibly upset, I was informed that this was what I wanted and to refer to the no refund sign in the window. I will now be going home to make my nails look presentable, and will not be coming back here for the foreseeable future. Don’t waste your time with the service or the results.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTerrible. Terrible. Terrible. I came in for a shellac manicure and the salon was very busy so I was told to wait. It seemed as if they forgot about me for a half hour so I asked the man that was working the front desk how long it would be. I got seated shortly after. I needed to have my previous shellac soaked off but instead the nail tech used his drill. Not only did he drill all of the shellac off (which you shouldn’t do because it thins the nail-which happened to me), he drilled into my actual nail (shown in the picture attached). So for that to go away, I have to wait for my nail to keep growing out. Mind you, I didn’t realize this at the time because I assumed he was a professional and knew was he was doing so I wasn’t paying much attention. Unfortunately, the nail tech did not speak English so things were not being understood correctly so I tried my best to be simple with what I was saying as to what I wanted for my manicure. I had showed him a picture of some thing that I wanted and he said he couldn’t do it…so then I asked for an OPI color instead. He wasn’t understanding and showed me the nail color samples. I ended up picking a color that looked completely different than it did on the sample (which I didn’t realize until he was completely done). I wish I had taken a picture of how my nails looked after but unfortunately I didn’t. It was such a poor job that I am actually traumatized from that appointment. Like I said, the salon was very busy and it seemed like they just wanted people in and out, so my appointment took about 25 minutes. I immediately left and went to my regular nail salon and when I showed them the job that was done, they were in shock. I got my shellac taken completely off and redone at my trustworthy salon. My regular nail tech told me that Tthe man that did my nails messed up my cuticles, drilled into my nail, thinned my nails, ruined my shape and overall did a horrible job and I couldn’t agree more. I am SO upset about this. I can’t believe how botched my nails were after a simple nail appointment. I truly don’t know how this place was so busy.Service: Gel manicuresTerrible. Terrible. Terrible. Acceptional services. Terribly quality. I got acrylic set September 17th and not even 24hours later shellac is peeling off. And the shaping is horrible. I will not be going back. Acrylic nails

The workers here are rude! I came in before my shift at the mall to get a quick manicure and gel polish. The work was ~okay~ for the price but they literally talked about me throughout my whole experience. I have eczema on my hands which is a skin disease that flares up with the season. I don’t speak their language but it’s very obvious to notice if someone is talking about you. They all took turns one by one pointing at my hands and making faces and laughing as I got my manicure done. The nail tech doing my nails didn’t even try to have conversation with me at all. It was extremely rude and that experience made me feel more insecure than I already was. I usually tip 20% or more when I get my nails done but today I left with nothing. I will not be back 🙂
