I hate that I have to even give them a one star. First thing when I came in the salon they didn’t know who was going to do my hair. I waited 2 hours before I even got my hair done. The sign say $50 sew in but I was charged $65. To make matters worst a couple days later because my hair was not done properly now I have a bald spot, which I didn’t before. My hair is natural and I don’t put chemicals in my head at all. I spoke with the owner to make an complaint and she tried to make me out of a liar. She is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Horrible!!! However the young lady that did my daughters hair did a great job, wish I could remember her name, to her only I give 5 stars because she did something I couldn’t do. The business as a whole is awful, they have a sign posted stating “we sale Aliyiahs Brazilian hair” and there’s a price list. Not once did anyone tell me I had to bring my own hair, so I assumed I could get it there. My daughter is in the chair the stylist ask where’s your hair and my face drops to the floor. Tia a stylist who past us along someone else for what reasons I don’t know and had an attitude from the moment we walked in the place dives in the coversation we don’t sale hair, in the worst possible tone you could imagine and sends me to a bogus location. Long story short I found hair finally mean time my daughter is texting me telling me Tia was making nasty comments about me. She has the worst attitude, noticed the moment we walked in. Check the picture below….wonder why I thought they sold hair. Poor business skills.

They are so unprofessional only one lady there the one with the short blonde hair was nice n helpful. The main lady stayed in the back with her lazy ass and denied servies without even physically looking at my friends hair. JJ needs to go. Im telling you dont go here.
