I purchased a package of three waxes.. used one and had my seccond wax scheduled 11/17 for 1pm. Showed up a half hour early and the doors were locked. I called multiple times and text her number as well with zero responses. I then got let in the building where her studio was only to discover the salon is no longer there. I waited until 30 minutes after my appointment was set and she was still a no show. (Even tho she has a strict no show policy on her customers) I reached out again by phone, I emailed her and I went to the Facebook business page and sent a message. It was opened and ignored. Zero response. As a business this is unacceptable and you should be doing everything in your power to fix and correct your mistake. Not ignore my messages.
