Sometimes when I get facials I feel like the staff does a good job of spreading stuff on my face to clean it and add moisturizer. That’s fine, I enjoy it. This is not a default practice at this place. The staff is skilled and knowledgeable about different products and treatment methods. The custom recommendations for me were so on point. My stressed skin shone after my treatment.

By far the best salon in the city. Originally followed my manicurist, , but soon was introduced to all the wonderful services they offer. Their amazing staff are both knowledgeable and helpful in customizing the exact services and product that are right for you. My skin has never looked better or been more complimented. A wonderful experience to say the least.

Relaxing massage? you will not find it here. You would be better off going to a massage only chain and getting one of their massages. For the price you pay you’d expect something relaxing and luxurious. Think again. No music, room is exposed at the top to the rest of the store, no bolster, lighting is up bright, paper towels on head rest, whatever product they used for the massage it had that cheap fragrance to it, if you want to call it a fragrance. The other services here might be great but I would avoid if you want a massage. VERY disappointed.

I had heard the people of Chicago shared a curious blend of diversity and kindness. If I could rate higher I would. Have been coming here for a couple years. Best manicures, Maderotherapy, facials and brow work I’ve ever had. The space is soothing and clean, and I appreciate the relaxing music. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Highly recommended!!

I made an appointment for this coming Saturday and had to unexpectedly cancel my appointment. I have called this place probably 15 times and no one answers their phone! They are impossible to get ahold of and I must cancel my appointment. Very frustrating and unprofessional! I will not be returning. Would give zero stars if I could.
