Made an appointment and “prepaid” for services. She said that’a what she does now to assure I have my color for my appointment due to COVID reasons. Being friends since childhood I believed her. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’ve gotten ripped over twice now. And yeah I know first time shame on them but second time shame on you. But it’s just not fair. Had two haircuts and a foil and she just blocks my number so I’m not able to get through to her phone very very unprofessional!!! And she won’t even give me my money back!
