My wife and daughter just went here and paid $34 for a couple haircuts and they said it wasn’t busy and they spend LESS THAN 5 minutes cutting their hair. This is NOT service, this is theft if you ask me with a smile! For this kind of money you should spend time with the customer and ask how they like it and is there anything they can do better. This is just sit down, shut up, give me your money and good bye! We will NOT be returning and I urge others to find a better deal with friendlier service!

I took my son in to get his haircut yesterday, and yes I waited until the day before school started so I suck but it was a struggle to get him to go at all. He was fine once we got there and he seen Cheyenne (apologies if that is incorrect spelling) she had cut his hair last time and he loved it so once he seen her he was great and of course she was super sweet and helpful as she was before and she will definitely be getting our business. There was a line of people waiting and only 2 ladies working but they were taking as many as they could and we’re super sweet. Definitely recommend this great clips!!!

I have always been nervous about going to get a haircut at a chain store, but I honestly can say they have been great. I can register online if there is a wait. They don’t try to sell me anything when they are cutting my hair. And their prices are very reasonable. Wonderful place for a quick haircut.

I brought my son in for a trim about 10 to 7. I understand it was close to closing but your sign says you close at 7. The employee walks to the front after we came in and says this. “There isn’t time ” nothing else. i said you aren’t open?? I was told the store was going to close in a few minutes. Obviously the sign on the door should say from 9AM to 6:50 PM. It was just an odd way to tell me you closed earlier than the door says you did.

Bonnie at Jackson,Mo did my hair and I told her to leave room so I can style it she did not she cut my bangs off. She left hair on my clothes and face. My Dad also got a hair cut you can see his skin through some places where she cut. There’s a sign that read Relax. Your at Great Clips how am I going to relax when my haircut looks bad.
