Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityKasia is amazing, kind, and makes you feel so at home in her shop. I got a deep pore facial on my first visit with her and although the extractions weren’t fun, she made sure I was okay and comfortable the entire time. She recommended great products that she sells from a brand that she trusts and I absolutely love the products! I was there for almost 2 hours and she includes a head, neck, shoulder and arm massage. She also offered to tint and wax my eyebrows for free and if I liked it we could do it again in a month or two. She did such a great job, I loved it and I am hoping to get them done by her for as long as I can. 🙂 My skin is less oily and my pores are clear after getting only 2 facials by Kasia. Kasia is amazing, kind, and makes you feel so at home in her shop. I got a deep pore facial on my first visit with her and although the extractions weren’t fun, she made sure I was okay and comfortable the entire time. She made the day very special and inviting to us both and was very thoughtful and meticulous in every detail. She customized each of our facials according to our respective needs and was very articulate in communicating every step she was performing. I have ultra sensitive skin and my skin felt hydrated, plump, and regenerated after my service. I also didn’t realize how much tension I was holding in my brow and Kasia was the first to not only observe that I could benefit from facial massage but also the first to successfully relieve all of that tension. My mom feels ten years younger and was thrilled she could do this on her birthday – it made her feel youthful and rejuvenated. Not only will you get the best facial here, but you will also have the privilege of getting to know Kasia, who is just a beautiful soul inside and out. I mentioned that I was having cramps and she went out of her way to create a hot water heating pad and placed it on me while I was laying down!
